Cooler Master MasterAir MA824 Stealth 30th Anniversary Edition

Cooler Master has long been a dominant force in the PC cooling industry, and it is well-regarded for its innovative CPU coolers and high-quality PC cases. Over the past few years, we’ve reviewed several of their AIO coolers, but today, we’re focusing on the MasterAir MA824 Stealth.

The last time we tested a MasterAir air cooler, it was already of considerable dimensions and offered quite a bit of cooling performance. And now, just over 2 years later, there is a successor that is supposed to offer even more? Let’s take a closer look at Cooler Master’s new flagship!

I’m beyond shocked at what’s going on in the cooling market right now, as air cooling has been a bit of a one-horse race for the last decade. Noctua is king for competent cooling and whisper-quiet noise levels. You can get cheaper coolers to cool just as well, but you can hear them working hard to achieve the task. Now we’ve got DeepCool beating them for temperatures and now Cooler Master doing the same, but at the same time, matching them on acoustic performance… and price, and ease of installation.
