Google Pixel 11 Pro 1TB obsidian

The Google Pixel 11 Pro Fold is a generally excellent update, featuring a better, far lighter build and cleaner design elements that make the two-in-one device more appealing than ever. It's got power, efficiency, bright screens, IP68 protection, and oh-so-much Gemini, plus a solid, unified Android interface that just makes sense. Photography is overall good, but Google should have updated the camera experience with more megapixels and maybe somewhat better image processing. HiLight is a fun addition, but it's not a must-have. Overall, I would still choose a Samsung foldable over this — and there's not enough that's new here for me to recommend upgrading if you have the Pixel 10 Pro Fold. That said, if you're still a couple or more generations back, and remain a Pixel fan, the Pixel 11 Pro Fold will feel like a big leap forward.

The Google Pixel 11 Pro family gives you a true choice of size without any compromise between the models. Camera hardware improvements are notable over the Pixel 10 Pro, and Magic Capture is one of the best camera features I've used on any phone to date. New Gemini features like Rambler are truly wonderful additions to the Android experience, and several other standout features mark a solid software release. But Pixel phones have been too expensive lately, and this year's $100+ price increase makes that worse. With less RAM than last year, a GPU that still doesn't support the latest Vulkan APIs, and a poor PWM rate on the display, this one's hard to recommend.

The Pixel 11 Pro is a mixed bag, but still a good Android phone who want a smaller device. The design and camera are good, while the software has plenty of benefits. It’s just a shame the Tensor chip is undercooked in many instances.

The Google Pixel 11 Pro is a highly pocketable Android phone that shines with its brilliantly bright screen, standout camera features, and forward-thinking AI, making it a compelling flagship despite its higher price and modest chip speed.
