Anker’s Nebula X1 is marketed as a portable projector but it’s good enough to be used indoors too. However, it’s very expensive.

The Nebula X1 brings the portable projector category to another level. Its motorized gimbal and auto setup features get you watching content faster than ever, and the optical engine delivers a sharp 4K picture with support for Dolby Vision. Add in the optional wireless speakers and your movie nights will be the envy of the neighborhood.

A bright, Dolby Vision-capable projector, the Anker Nebula X1 delivers a brilliant picture inside and out. With the addition of the wireless speakers, this projector goes further than its rivals, giving a true cinema-in-a-box experience. The lack of BBC iPlayer is slightly annoying, as is the picture recall option, which didn’t recall all settings; that aside, this highly flexible projector is great at home or on the move.
